1. You may post only real jobs and resumes. Job postings must be individual openings.
Postings that TenerifeJobs.Net does not support
include :

• Advertisements for Multi-Level Marketing positions
• Positions that require a monetary investment by the job seeker
• Positions that require the job seeker to provide bank account details
• Business opportunities, Work from Home Schemes, including Email Processors

2. Postings are only for advertising available positions - if you would like to advertise your company or website, please e-mail us at info@maxtive.com

3. Information in postings must be clear, accurate and contain sufficient detail.
Postings which rely on the job seeker to "email for more details" are not supported.

4. You may not use any software, tool, engine, spider or agent to navigate or search the TenerifeJobs.Net site or database.

5. The resume database may only be used for seeking candidates for employment for currently open positions and may not be used to build your own database or for other marketing purposes. TenerifeJobs.Net does not tolerate
unsolicited commercial email. You may report abuses at info@maxtive.com

6. By posting a job, you agree that TenerifeJobs.Net may display your companys name,logo and corporate description on the TenerifeJobs.Net site and/or in TenerifeJobs.Net’s e-mail newsletter(s). KNEW, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TenerifeJobs.NetS LIABILITY TO THE COMPANY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE
FEES PAID BY THE COMPANY TenerifeJobs.Net IN THE MOST RECENT THREE
MONTHS.

7. Indemnity. Except to the extent of the negligence of TenerifeJobs.Net, the Company will indemnify and hold harmless TenerifeJobs.Net, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents (if any) and advisors from and against any loss, claim, damage, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys fees and investigation expenses) (Claim) arising from, related to or resulting from the Companys breach of this contract or use of the internet site and services.

8. Assignment. The Agreement may not be assigned by the Company without TenerifeJobs.Nets written consent. TenerifeJobs.Net may assign this agreement including by operation of law.

9. Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.

10. Use of Names. TenerifeJobs.Net shall be permitted to use the Companys name in our external and internal customer listings.

11. Compliance with Laws. In exercising their rights and obligations under this Agreement, the parties shall comply with all applicable laws and government regulations.

12. Entire Agreement. This Agreement together with all Job Posting Guidelines, Legal Notices (including these General Terms and Conditions Applicable to Internet Services Agreements), and Privacy Statements which are maintained on TenerifeJobs.Nets website (and subject to change by TenerifeJobs.Net from time to time in its sole discretion) constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written and oral agreements, representations or negotiations with respect to the subject matter hereof.

13. Changes. Except for pricing changes and the Job Posting Guidelines, Legal Notices, and Privacy Statements maintained on TenerifeJobs.Nets website which may be changed or modified by TenerifeJobs.Net from time to time in its sole discretion, changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Waiver. The failure of either party to insist on the strict performance of any terms, covenants and conditions of this Agreement at any time, or in any one or more instances, or its failure to take advantage of any of its rights, or any course of conduct or dealing, shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of any such rights or conditions at any future time and shall in no way affect the continuance in full force and effect of all the provisions of this Agreement.

15. Headings. Headings used in the Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not be construed as altering the meaning of this Agreement or any of its parts.

16. Severabilty. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected. The Agreement shall be interpreted as if the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had not been included in it, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a mutually acceptable provision which, being valid and enforceable, comes closest to the intention of the parties underlying the invalid or unenforceable provision.

We give you the option of putting your CV in our searchable database. We provide you a choice in how you do this. The choice allows you to select the level of confidentiality that you believe is appropriate.

The level of control is provided to you by your choice of whether to make your CV searchable by our Clients or not. Making your CV searchable considerably increases your exposure to potential employers. To prevent your CV from being searched and viewed by our Clients you should choose to "Hide" your CV in the personal details tab when you are logged in. Choosing "Hide" means that your CV is not accessible by any recruiter but you can gain access to it and use it when applying for individual jobs.

You may remove your CV from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your CV in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your CV by recruiters in these instances.

Jobs-by-Email

The Jobs-by-Email service matches a job seekers requirements for employment with the profile of vacancies advertised on our Site. For job seekers who subscribe to this Service you receive an email listing those jobs that we believe you should be interested in. You define your requirements by creating "strings" which can be used to specify geographic region, specific job titles, skills or other definition of the job you want. You can change the strings at any time or unsubscribe at any time.
